JHJ Advisors provides debt advisory and capital markets services for hotel and hospitality owners nationwide. Rather than defaulting to a single loan product, we maintain active lender relationships across the full range of financing programs, so the capital structure is built around the asset, not the other way around.
Our lending sources include:
● Conventional Financing — traditional bank and life-company debt for stabilized, cash-flowing hotels and hospitality assets
● CMBS (Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities) — fixed-rate, non-recourse financing well suited to larger, stabilized properties
● USDA Loans — government-backed financing for eligible hospitality projects in rural and small-town markets
● C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy) — long-term, fixed-rate financing for energy efficiency, resiliency, and qualifying capital improvements, often layered alongside senior debt (availability varies by state and municipality)
● SBA Debt (7(a) and 504) — government-backed loans suited to owner-operators and smaller hospitality acquisitions
